The MG 1/100 GNY-001 Gundam Astraea + Proto GN Twin Broad Blade is a Bandai Hobby Online Shop exclusive released in 2025, based on the Gundam Astraea from Mobile Suit Gundam 00P. Built as a variant of the MG GN-001 Gundam Exia, this kit introduces the Astraea's distinctive armament alongside the newly added Proto GN Twin Broad Blade, a weapon previously featured in the Metal Build Gundam Astraea collectible figure.

Kit features include:

- Full double-jointed articulation on both arms and legs for dynamic posing
- 3+1+1 articulated fingers on poseable hands with molded tabs for increased gripping stability
- 360-degree waist rotation
- Cockpit opens to reveal the included 1/100 Celestial Being pilot figurine (seated)
- Proto GN Sword mounts on either forearm and converts between Standby and Attack modes, as well as Rifle and Sword modes
- GN Launcher mounts to either shoulder with one clavicle fin removed
- GN Shield (both Astraea Type and Exia Type included); Exia Shield side panels slide out for expansion mode
- GN Beam Saber and Beam Dagger handles removable from rear waist for handheld use
- Proto GN Twin Broad Blade splits into Proto GN Long Blade and Proto GN Short Blade, each mountable to the forearms, upper thigh, or lower leg for storage
- Action Base 7 included for weapon support display
