Signature Required is available as an add-on for all zones. This ensures your order is safely delivered and requires a signature upon receipt. Signature Required is automatically included on all free shipping orders at no extra cost.
5. Rural Delivery
Rural surcharges apply automatically for rural addresses as determined by NZ Post. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as rural, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number.
