By accessing and using the Anime Universe (trading as Aniverse) website (aniverse.co.nz) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Anime Universe (trading as Aniverse) is a New Zealand-registered business specialising in anime figures, Gunpla model kits, and hobby collectibles, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

•       All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

•       Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

•       We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

•       Pre-order items are subject to manufacturer availability and release schedules.

•       All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

•       Prices are subject to change without notice.

•       We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing.

•       Promotional prices apply only during the specified promotional period.

5.1 Placing an order

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

•       PayPal

•       Afterpay — buy now, pay later in 4 instalments

5.3 Payment security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store payment details on our servers.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery zones, rates, and estimated delivery times. We ship within New Zealand only unless otherwise stated.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Anime Universe (trading as Aniverse) or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Anime Universe (trading as Aniverse) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

•       Pre-order items require full payment at time of order.

•       Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change.

•       If a pre-order item is cancelled by the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued.

•       Pre-order cancellations by the customer are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
