The MG 1/100 MBF-P03R Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second Revise is a Master Grade release based on Gai Murakumo's customized mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED VS Astray. Centered around the versatile Tactical Arms II, the Blue Frame Second Revise delivers one of the most dynamic and poseable builds in the Astray MG lineup.

Kit features include:

- Double ball-joint neck for expressive head movement
- Double-jointed elbows and knees for deep posing range
- 3+1+1 articulated fingers with molded palm tabs for increased gripping stability
- Lower shoulder armor is poseable to avoid interference with forward arm articulation
- Side armors can be disconnected from the frame for wider leg articulation
- Cockpit hatch opens to reveal the included 1/100 Gai Murakumo pilot figurine (seated)
- Built-in Armor Schneiders slide out from the feet; hand-held versions can be stored on the thigh holder
- Tactical Arms II converts between Sword form, Gatling form, and backpack configuration
- Tactical Arms II can also separate to form individual Sword Arms
- Compatible with Action Base 1, 4, or 8 (sold separately) via included adapter
- Adapters included for compatibility with 1/100 Gundam SEED Striker Packs and MG Striker Packs
