The ultimate evolution of the Gundam Astray Red Frame arrives in the Master Grade series — the MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Dragon from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Astray R makes its MG debut as a Premium Bandai exclusive. Featuring entirely new molds for its three defining elements, this is the definitive 1/100 scale representation of the Red Dragon in all its fearsome glory.

The centrepiece of the kit is the Caletvwlch — the Red Dragon's signature oversized blade — recreated in newly sculpted parts and transformable between S Mode and G Mode via reassembly. Multiple Caletvwlch units can be linked together for impressive combined weapon displays. The newly designed Flight Unit backpack features a gimmick allowing the Beam Rifle and Shield to be mounted directly onto it. The distinctive Draig Head is also recreated with new parts, complete with interchangeable beam effect parts to represent different combat modes. Water-transfer decals with markings exclusive to the Red Dragon are included for added authenticity.
